The System Tech Alterations & Faculty Fortifications consists of many ranks, each with it's own proper usage of power and authority. Along with dedication and strict rule-following, all STAFF are required to undergo intense training. Using the power of , each user can gain new abilities. The official STAFF integration process is restricted information and strictly on a need-to-know basis. Any users found with said information and below required authority will face severe demotion and/or termination.

Sentinel
Sentinels are for all intents and purposes, slaves to the well oiled machine, following every order received with precision and power. They will carry out their mission or they will die trying. Sentinels are typically seen in a blue cloak, armor, and a Cybernetic Anti- Energy Cannon, along with a mask fused to their face to prevent speaking of what they've seen to other STAFF members.
Technician
Technicians are typically found at their desks. Most are given tasks of research or repair but do go out on mission occasionally. Technicians are to gather whatever new information they can from the ever-shifting landscape, while avoiding encounters with threats for as long as physically necessary.
Security
Security is essentially a technician given proper training. Security is commonly found inside the Dark City, and is tasked with the defense of the Prime holding chambers, along with the general security of the City region. They are equipped with a shield and/or handgun for defensive or offensive purposes.
Lieutenant
Lieutenants, the scouts and leaders of their subsections, use tough leadership and their understanding of the brutal world outside to carry out the tasks Upper Management assigns to them. Most would consider themselves grateful to even get this position.
Chief of Staff
At one of the highest ranks one could get to as a STAFF member, there is the Chief of STAFF. These are those who work directly with Upper Management on certain requests and orders, meaning they bare the most expectations on them. After receiving word on the next course of action, they will discuss with their lieutenants what the best move would be. There are very few Chiefs, only about 3 at any given time.
Upper Management are those that are considered the elite few above the rest of STAFF. The STAFF are to follow Upper Management's commands as if the commands are directly from the Artisan themself. Upper Management consists of members.
Inquisitors
Inquisitors are the investigators and elite researchers of the Dark City, keeping order in their respective quadrants. They are able to observe and edit the structural flaws within an individual's core.
Inquisitor #3 of Sector # [being the only remaining Inquisitor within the Dark City] alongside E-33.A were tasked by The Chairman to investigate the disappearance of a former Ability holder [13-A] shortly after the events of Chapter 2.
Management has not been able to contact Inquisitor #3, his whereabouts are currently unknown. He was last seen on assignment: 0.CT.312.022 and has missed all attempts to be contacted by The Chief of Staff as of 10/20/20XX.

The Chairman is the CEO of Staff and Upper Management. He provides shelter for those who seek asylum from the unrelenting void. His decisions are absolute. None may question him once he has decided the fate of any transgressor. Consequences for doing so can range from demotion to termination or worse, expulsion from Staff entirely. Do not enter his office unless you seek to be fragmented immediately. He is the foundation for something great and is solely responsible for creating the Dark City.
